Thanks for supporting Amapola Ranch. I care passionately about keeping food local and fresh, which is why I subscribe to your service. I am delighted to know who I'm supporting. Now, am I just being lazy, or do you have somewhere on your site about which farms are being featured each time? It would be really neat to see more information about the farms whose produce I'm eating. If you could use me as a volunteer some time to report on that for the website, please let me know. 
Also thank you for continuing to provide such delicious recipes and educational material about the new foods which you are helping to introduce to me. I really appreciate the expansion of my gastronomic horizons.
